Dr. Steven Chybowski, D.D.S.

Dr. Steven Chybowski grew up here in Oak Creek and is a graduate of Oak Creek High School. He received his undergraduate degree at Marquette University and subsequently completed his dental doctorate at Marquette in 1997. Dr. Chybowski went on to study at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and is currently Adjunct Clinical Instructor at CHW, one of the leading hospitals in the United States for children's care.

Dr. Chybowski is the current president of the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association. He has a part-time faculty position at CHW and also maintains hospital privileges there for patients that require hospital care. He holds a certification in PALS or pediatric emergency care and has taken many continuing education programs in the field of dentistry and pedodontics.

Each year Dr. Chybowski is happy to provide dental screenings for children in the Head Start program in  Milwaukee.  In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading, running and relaxing with his two dogs.

Dr. Elissa (Ellie) McRae, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Elissa (Ellie) McRae graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2005. She served 3 years as a dental officer in the United States Navy. Her first year in the Navy was spent in a hospital-based residency program in Portsmouth, VA where she received extensive trauma and surgical training. Her last two years in the Navy were spent in Twentynine Palms, CA where she practiced general dentistry and oral surgery to help prepare Marines for deployment. Ellie then returned to Marquette University for her residency in orthodontics. She graduated in May 2010 with a Master of Science and certificate in orthodontics. Ellie was born and raised in Stevens Point, WI. She is married to William McRae, a Captain in the United States Marine Corp Reserve and a native of Seattle, WA. They have two sons, Devin, who was born in 2007 and Liam born in 2012. They are all huge Marquette men’s basketball fans. Her other hobbies include travel, reading, scuba diving, tennis, softball, and sand volleyball when time permits; but mostly spending time with her family. Ellie has been with Progressive Pediatric Dentists since 2010 and loves her job transforming smiles.
